Merry Christmas Gnome

Here is the third card from my October Card Class.

This card was made using the FSJ Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set.
Colors are Cranberry Bliss, Oatmeal Cookie, and Hazelnut Blend Cardstocks.

I finished off the card with a Cocoa Powder Gingham Bow

I tried to keep this card as simple as possible for my class since the first two were more time consuming. You can see those cards in the two previous posts.

I stamped my own background with a snowflake that comes with the set.

Challenges with this card:
Crafty Cardmaker -  Fairies and Mythical creatures
Christmas Crafts All year 'round - Santa, elf, or fairy

Happy Little Stampers - Christmas (Twist/Ribbon)
The Merry Christmas Challenge - Christmas
Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas - Christmas-Twist, Sentiment as focal point
Colour Crazy - Anything
The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge - Christmas

Have a Spooktacular Halloween

Here is the second card of three that my card class made this month. I feel like I am so behind again this year.

I just love this new Die Set from the FSJ Holiday Mini. There is this House, a Tree, Pumpkin and Bat. I only used the house from this set. The Bat is from the Snapshop Frames, the Pumpkin is from Jack O Lanterns, and the Ghost is from Party Ghost
The Sentiment is from a retired Mummy ATS.

The background was made using then Trees from the Designer Series Stencils. I used the purple and gray from the Mother Nature Pan Pastels and sponged over the stencil.

Challenges for this card:
Dragonfly Journeys - Halloween
A2z Sceapbooking - Frightfully Fun
Creative with Stamps - Halloween
Die Cut Divas - Halloween
My Time to Craft - Halloween
Brown Sugar - Halloween
Craft Rocket Challenges - Halloween

Happy Friendsgiving - Gnome for the Holidays

Back from our vacation and ready to Rock and Roll towards Holiday Creations!

Hubby and I were on a Fall Foliage Cruise and had the pleasure off being seated at a Dinner Table with two fantastic couples for the entire 21 days.

Fun Stampers Journey has this Adorable Stamp Set, called Gnome for the Holidays. The Traditional use would be for Christmas Cards. BUT, I made it into a Thanksgiving card for our Table Mates. Instead of Happy Thanksgiving, it says, Happy Friendsgiving, from the Gather Together Stamp Set. Can't wait to send it to them!

It's also going to be one of my three October Class Cards.

The background was made using the Changing Seasons Embossing Folder on Sweet Pear Cardstock. I then used the Rose Gold Pan Pastels over the top of the leaves.   The Brown Circle in the middle was done using the Barn Wall Embossing Folder

The Pumpkins at the bottom are from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set

The Bow was made with the Pumpkin Patch Ribbon
