The background was stamped with Clear Pigment Ink and then a Blue Pan Pastel wiped over it.
The Fish is Water Colored with Silks on Water Color Paper. Then a Glaze over it with Sparkle cuts added to the scale portion.

Hi Nancy, what a striking card! I love the wonderful background, of course, but it's your fish that captivates me. Your watercolouring is perfect and then putting a glaze over that makes the colour pop. The additional sparkle on the scales adds a nice touch. Love those sequin bubbles, too. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
How cute! Love the rainbow sparkle on your fish! Thanks so much for playing along at Time Out!
Wow Nancy you've brought that little fishy to life which his cool sparkling scales. You've created a really great scene and background to show off this fishie. Nicely done. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
