Lily Of The Valley - Pink Elephant Sketch Challenge 55

Well, as you can see from my many past posts, that I am ready for Spring. This week has been damp and dreary and they are calling for another snow storm tomorrow and tomorrow night. Just three more weeks until it is officially Spring. I can't wait.

For this card, I was inspired by sketch 55 from The Pink Elephant.

I have to confess my addiction here. I thought the only one I had was sketch challenges, but I have come to realize that the other one is Flowers. You could take away all of my stamps and just leave my flowers and I'd be a happy camper. I'm really a push-over for a great flower image and this just happens to be one that I didn't have in my collection. It is Lily of the Valley, a Digi stamp from Fred She Said.  I added some clear glitter to the flowers for just a little sparkle.

If you like flowers too, wait until you see what I have the remainder of this week. I just saw some newly released flower digi's from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I can't wiait to get my hands on those beauties.

The ribbon and papers are from Close to my Heart. The border punch is Fiskars.
The Hand Stitching around the card was done with matching Embroidery Floss.

This is such a beauty! I love Lily of the valley & you've colored it so fabulously. The other colors compliment it so well. Your details are so sweet, too. Thanks for creating with us at TPE.

This card is so pretty. For some reason Lily of the Valley reminds me of my Mum even though I know it is not her favourite flower. Can't wait to see the remainder of the week cards.
